  • "The very warm welcome and politeness of all of the staff was very pleasing.  I was warmly greeted by the receptionist when I walked into the superbly refurbished garage.  I was immediately offered a hot drink.  The service adviser was with me immediately and was very professional, but at the same time very personable.  The mechanic was immediately available to accompany me on a test drive to listen for a noise in the driver’s door.  He was very good and located the noise immediately.  I left the car and explained the time I needed to pick it up.  Prior to that time I received a text to say the service was done and the noise sorted.  On arrival at the garage I was attended to immediately.  Everything was explained and I was shown a short video of the service etcetera which was impressive.  The car had been cleaned and vacuumed which was greatly appreciated.  I received a telephone call on the second working day after the service to ask if all was okay.  The Marriott Group has really improved this garage, both with the building and the attitude and quality of the staff.  Well done Kings Lynn Volkswagen."

I have always had Volkswagen's from another local dealer so I went there first and asked them what would they give me for my old one?. They told me that when I had decided what one I would like to get next, to let them know and then they would give me a price for my old one. I called in at Kings Lynn at 4:00 on a Saturday afternoon and asked them for a price for my old one and they gave me a price there and then. There was a choice of two, a new one and a second-hand one. At first I could not make my mind up and then in the end I just got the new one. They phoned round and there was only one in the country and then they found out that one was sold. They got on their computers and found out that there would be one coming in the colour and the specification I wanted."
